We had a fantastic time at Complete Playground! The entire space was very clean and clearly well-maintained, which immediately made a great impression. There were tons of fun, age-appropriate options for our 4-year-old—from climbing structures to interactive play zones—he didn’t want to leave! What really stood out, though, were the thoughtful amenities and seating areas for adults. It was actually enjoyable for us too, whether we were joining in or just relaxing while keeping an eye on him. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun, safe, and comfortable place to spend a few hours!

Absolutely favorite place of my 6 year old! This place has so much to offer. There are all possible activities you can imagine: Huge jungle gym, trampoline, rock climbing, activity rooms like supermarket, car repair shop, hospital and our favorite Lego room. The playground recently opened a café with interactive tables and the menu is outstanding. Has many Ukrainian cuisine items. Service is great. I recommend a table to make sure you are seated.

Complete Playground is the perfect place for kids to play, explore, and burn off energy! The space is clean, well-designed, and packed with fun activities that keep children entertained for hours. I first discovered Complete Playground on TikTok and knew immediately that my son would be beyond excited to visit. When I found out they offer open play time, I couldn’t wait to book a visit. I snagged a weekday Groupon for $26.39, which included a two-hour open play pass for one child and one adult. The reservation process was easy, though I do wish I could have added another adult to the reservation in advance rather than paying for them when we arrived. We also purchased a pair of grip socks for my son for $3.50, which worked great. Although we were there for just an hour and a half, my son had an absolute blast—it was by far the highlight of his New York trip! In fact, he’s already talking about coming back to New York just to play at Complete Playground again. One thing I really loved was that adults are encouraged to join in the fun and go inside the play tubes with the kids, rather than just watching from the sidelines. Overall, the experience was fantastic and brought back fond memories of places like Discovery Zone from my own childhood. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town, and we’re looking forward to checking out the Complete Cafe as well!

Great indoor play space with a ton to do . My 6 year old was entertained for hours. There's rock climbing, a gymnastics area, a toddler area, a jungle gym type area with slides. There's pretend play with a supermarket and doctors office. One of the most convenient amenities are the lockers. There's also a cafe, and they host birthday parties. What else can you ask for ? The staff are nice and helpful. The space is clean. Oh, they also have memberships and offer classes such as martial arts . I saw some reviews complain about the pricing, but what do you expect when you're in NYC? I can't complain about the prices because to me, its worth it to have my child play and be kept busy . All in all, well be back .
