Cancellation policy
Our gatherings take planning and a bit of attic magic, so we ask for 6 hours’ notice for any changes. Cancellations or reductions in party size made with less than 6 hours’ notice will incur a $20-per-person fee. This applies to incomplete parties as well. Please note: we do not offer rain checks or credits for late cancellations.

About Bird Dog

Bird Dog is a West Village Southern-Italian supper house built to feel like someone’s grandmother’s attic—warm, mismatched, soulful, and meant for gathering. Our spaces are flexible and intimate: a private dining room for up to 12 guests, a larger dining space that seats up to 22 at one table (30 seated overall), and the ability to host up to 40 for a standing cocktail-style celebration. We offer both private and semi-private dining, curated menus, and optional open-bar packages. Whether it’s a birthday, company dinner, or a night that simply deserves something special, Bird Dog is a home for memorable, generous evenings

As the host, you’ll receive 5% of your event total back as a Bird Dog gift card to use on a future night—our way of saying come back home when you’re ready.
