Amazing food and service! The prix fixe menu was so good we came back the next night for happy hour pasta. The atmosphere was cozy and our server was accommodating and made some great suggestions. Highly recommend!

My friend and I visited Bird Dog twice during our trip to New York (it was that good)! On our first night we did the prix fixe menu and every single dish we ordered was incredible. I’m gluten free and they had a lot of options for me and their gf pasta was amazing - even my non-gf friend enjoyed it. On our visit night we got to try a couple more pastas we had wanted to try the night before and it was during happy hour so we got them for 50% off. On top of the food being delicious, the atmosphere and service were also outstanding. The staff is so friendly and the restaurant feels cozy, but elevated at the same time. Will definitely be back on our next visit to NYC!

Went for dinner on a Saturday and was lucky to arrive just in time for the end of happy hour. Everything we tried was good- Anthony was so hospitable, funny and attentive. Would definitely recommend and will be returning. Hopefully one day our pips will make the wall of fame ❣️

I wish I had taken more pics of the food but I ate everything too fast it was that good. This is a total gem hidden in plain sight. Quaint chill authentic deliciousness. The woman helped us navigate a couple things and some wines to go with. We just shared a couple plates but the pastas were excellent. They are known for a couple bigger dishes so we’re going back with an empty stomach and some more time to enjoy.
