Cancellation policy
Flat event pricing for a six-hour event plus setup time: Monday-Thursday $1,095; Friday and Sunday $2,095; Saturday $2,595. A fixed $1,000 deposit is required, and a $200 cleaning fee applies. Setup timing and final event arrangements are confirmed with Atlantis Hall. Final payment schedule and any applicable cancellation or refund terms are confirmed with the venue before booking. Atlantis Hall is a flexible private event venue in Richmond Hill, Queens, accommodating up to 200 guests. The space is ideal for weddings, receptions, birthdays, Sweet 16s, quinceañeras, baby and bridal showers, graduations, corporate events, fundraisers, cultural celebrations, and other private gatherings. The venue includes round tables, white Chiavari chairs, a DJ booth and event lighting, bar and refrigeration areas, prep-kitchen access, Wi-Fi, climate control, wheelchair-accessible entry, and an optional outdoor courtyard. Guests may personalize their event with their own food, drinks, music, décor, and outside vendors in accordance with venue policies.
