I was not happy with the back hand deals being made off the app. I gave them more than 1,200 for a space that needed cleaning. While the bathroom and kitchen were tidy the floors throughout the space were dirty. They bill 350.00 cleaning fee upfront! The backyard space smelled like cat urine and had mosquitos everywhere. Why advertise it as an outdoor space if you can't use it. Also be awere its size of a closet. 4 chairs can fit in the yard . I asked for 40 additional chairs to add to their only19!and they said before booking they could accommodate them. The night before my event we received an Email stating chairs were not available. Leaving me to scramble looking for rental chairs. We emailed a list of things we did not need left out and they were left out. ALSO, we had to pay for additional time to get the space in order . Literally paid over 1600 for 6hours Not the way it was advertised on Litty at all!
