About Lot 15 & The Lookup

Lot 15 is an intimate cocktail lounge tucked inside the Kixby Hotel on West 35th Street in Midtown Manhattan. The space leans into a dark, art-accented atmosphere with stylish leather banquettes and a dedicated bar, making it a natural fit for groups that want an elevated night out without a cavernous event-hall feel. For event planners, the venue offers two distinct options: the Lot 15 Bar, a semi-private, high-energy bar space suited to happy hours and casual celebrations for around 35 guests, and the Lot 15 Classic Room, a fully private room with flexible floor plans that can host up to 80 guests for seated dinners or cocktail-style receptions. Guests can expect craft cocktails, beer, wine, and curated bar bites. The lounge's tucked-away, speakeasy-style setting works well for corporate receptions, birthday parties, networking mixers, engagement celebrations, and after-work gatherings, with the hotel location adding convenience for out-of-town attendees.

Planning your event

Lot 15 is a hotel cocktail lounge with two event-ready spaces: a semi-private bar area for roughly 35 guests and a private Classic Room for up to 80. It suits groups that want a stylish, cocktail-forward setting in Midtown rather than a large-format event venue.

Vibe: Dark, art-accented, and intimate — a tucked-away speakeasy-style lounge with leather banquettes and a cocktail-forward bar program.
Space layout: Two spaces are available for events: the Lot 15 Bar, a semi-private bar area with a dedicated bar and banquette seating for about 35 guests, and the Lot 15 Classic Room, a private room with flexible floor plans for up to 80 guests in seated or standing configurations.
Private events: The Classic Room is a fully private space and can be configured for seated dinners or cocktail receptions. The Lot 15 Bar is semi-private, better suited to social events where a bar-forward atmosphere is a plus.
Food & drinks: The bar program centers on craft cocktails, plus beer and wine, with curated bar bites available for groups.
Group size: Plan on roughly 35 guests for the semi-private Lot 15 Bar and up to 80 guests for the private Classic Room.
