Loft39 reserves the right to remove overly disruptive guests or end your event at any time for reasonable reasons at its discretion.All guests must vacate the premises by the event end time listed in your agreement.

LOFT39 is a four-floor loft venue in Midtown Manhattan where each floor is a distinct, privately bookable event space of about 2,500 square feet. Planners can match the floor to the event: a raw studio for shows and launches, a speakeasy-style lounge for social events, an open warehouse floor for dance parties, and a chef's table floor with an open kitchen for seated dinners.

Loft-style and adaptable, ranging from clean gallery and warm speakeasy-lounge atmospheres to edgy industrial warehouse energy, all with exposed brick, hardwood floors, and Midtown polish.
Space Layout
Four individual floors, each with approximately 2,500 square feet of usable space: the 2nd Floor Studio Gallery, 3rd Floor Speakeasy, 4th Floor Warehouse, and 5th Floor Kitchen & Chef's Table. Floors range from raw, open studio layouts to fully furnished lounge and dining setups, with capacities up to 200 standing depending on the floor.
Private Events
Each floor is booked as its own private event space, so groups get a full floor rather than a sectioned-off area. Spaces range from furnished (Speakeasy, Chef's Table) to open and customizable (Studio Gallery, Warehouse), allowing events to be designed around the floor's character.
Food & Drinks
The 5th floor features a newly renovated open kitchen and chef's table with seating for up to 100, suited to dinner parties, private dinners, and cooking demonstrations. Confirm catering and bar arrangements for other floors directly with the venue.
Group Size
Standing capacity ranges from roughly 150 on the 2nd and 3rd floors to 200 on the 4th Floor Warehouse. For seated events, the 3rd Floor Speakeasy seats up to 75 and the 5th Floor Chef's Table seats up to 100.

Booking Policy
If there is cancellation by either Renter or Venue and it is more than 30 days prior to the Reservation Date, the full amount paid will be returned, less processing fees, if cancellation by Renter. Cancellations made less than 30 days from the event date, will forfeit 50% of the amount paid. Cancellations within 7 days of your event and no-shows will be charged for the full reservation time.
