Booking Policy
Booking Policy: A non-refundable retainer fee equal to 50% of the agreed minimum spend (plus tax and grats) is required to secure the date and time. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the event date. Bookings made within 14 days of the event require 100% payment upfront. All pre-selected food and beverage packages must be finalized at least 7 days before the event. Cancellation Policy: 14+ Days Notice: Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event will receive a full refund of any balance paid beyond the initial 50% non-refundable retainer.Within 14 Days: Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event are completely non-refundable, and the full minimum spend balance will be retained.
