For the 2025 Art of Brooklyn Film Festival, 100 Sutton and its staff were kind enough to let us rent their space for some screenings. The place was perfect in regards to atmosphere, accessibility, and capacity. The staff were all incredibly helpful and wonderful to talk to, especially Daniela! Could not recommend this place enough for events!

The moment we stepped into the venue, we knew it was going to be a fantastic event. The spacious layout and well-thought-out design made it incredibly easy for our vendors and ourselves to set up. Daniela, Ignacio, and her staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating, making sure that everything ran smoothly throughout the night. This studio was a blessing to my family in a time so desperate. Having a few weeks left and having to look for a NEW event space for my daughter’s beautiful celebration, we reached out to 100 Sutton Studio and Daniela helped me reserve the date I needed. All my family and friends loved the event and the studio, it was so spacious and had AIR CONDITIONING. Daniela was very communicative and understanding of the pressure a big event may build on a family.
