The setup is great for both seated and standing audiences, and the flexible vibe works for everything from laid-back happy hours to high-energy celebrations.
The space comfortably seats up to 40 guests, with a mix of bar seating and tables, and holds up to 60 with standing room. The layout is open and adaptable. The removable stage and DJ booth area can be used for performances and panels. The bar is centrally located, making drinks easily accessible from all sides, and the seating can be rearranged to suit different event formats—whether you’re planning a sit-down gathering, mingling cocktail hour, or full-room party.
We offer a full cocktail menu, rotating beer on tap, and complimentary house-made popcorn for all guests. The space is equipped with a projector, microphones, and a full PA system, perfect for presentations, live music, or movie nights. The audio system are plug-and-play ready, making it easy for performers or hosts to jump in. The cozy size keeps things personal, but the setup supports a wide range of creative and fun events.

Full private rental of Grace & Ruby’s cocktail bar in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Perfect for birthday parties, engagement celebrations, networking events, brand activations, film shoots, DJs, trivia nights, and private gatherings. The space includes exclusive access to the bar, seating areas, projector, microphones, Bluetooth sound system, and customizable lighting. Guests can arrange bar tabs, signature cocktails, or cash bar options in advance. Furniture can be lightly adjusted for layout needs but must be returned to original placement. Outside alcohol is not permitted. Grace & Ruby’s Booking Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. The following standard cancellation policy applies to all bookings and Cancellations • 7+ days before event: Full refund (minus processing fees) • 3–6 days before event: 50% refund • Less than 72 hours before event: Non-refundable Rescheduling • One complimentary reschedule is permitted if requested at least 3 days prior to the event. • Rescheduled bookings must occur within 60 days of the original date. • New date is subject to availability. Requests made within 72 hours of the event will be treated as cancellations. No-Shows Failure to arrive within 30 minutes of your booking start time without communication will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.Processing Fees All payment processing fees charged by Gitlitty.com are non-refundable.
