Booking Policy
**Booking Policy** * A **non-refundable deposit** of 25% of the total rental fee is required to secure your date. * Remaining balance is due **30 days before the event** . * Security deposits, if applicable, must be paid in full before the event date. * Bookings are confirmed only after deposit payment and signed agreement. **Cancellation Policy** * Cancellations made ** 60 days or more before the event** may receive a partial refund of any balance paid, excluding the deposit. * Cancellations made **within 30 days of the event** are non-refundable. * Rescheduling is allowed based on availability; deposit may be applied to a new date if requested in writing. * No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit all payments. **Note:** All terms are subject to the signed rental agreement
