This may be attributed to the large number of people that the kitchen has to serve. On the other hand, the drinks at 230 FIFTH are exceptional and widely praised by visitors. Though it can get very crowded, overall, 230 FIFTH offers a vibrant ambiance with great drinks and a view that’s hard to beat, even if there are some minor drawbacks.

A great venue, great location with some great views. The vibe and ambience is definitely one more chilled than lively. Drinks are a little pricey but that what you pay for a good vibe and venue. Drinks however are just FULL of ice. One thing that was not appreciated is feeling like a compulsory tip HAD to be given. Why give the vendor the option but then make sure they do pay Tip, whether cash or card? Made no sense. It tarnished my experience to be honest. I was a first timer (and most probably last). If the customer had the choice to give Tip without pressure they’d leave more. Overall, not a bad experience. If you’re looking for a rooftop experience, this is great but there are plenty of others too. Thank you for my experience. 💫

After a full day of exploring me and my partner we chose to this amazing rooftop bar to relax and I am glad we did. We managed to go there during their happy hour, got ourselves some drinks and some snacks. Crowd was amazing, took us a while to get a spot to sit as it was packed but the vibes this place has to offer is amazing. Would definitely go back!!

One of the best vibes of rooftops in NYC! The view was amazing and the food was also delicious! 😋 Highly recommended as this is always our go to spot whenever we visit NYC! Best time to go is between 6pm -7pm as you can catch the sunset plus if you go late you won’t find table.
