I recently visited The Lookup and was blown away by the stunning view of the Empire State Building. While the entire staff was great, Jennifer, the head mixologist, truly took customer service to another level. Despite it being the end of the night and juggling multiple tasks, Jennifer treated my family like her own, ensuring we had everything we needed. Her lovely demeanor and attentiveness, along with her expertly crafted drinks, made our visit unforgettable. If I ran a hospitality business, I'd want ten Jennifers—she is the epitome of going above and beyond and truly deserves a promotion. We'll definitely be back!

Best views in the city! Spent the day with the family at the Empire State Building and came here right after! I saw the food and drinks on Instagram and had to try the lobster roll - one of the best in NYC! Great city view, great vibes, amazing drinks and a must visit if you're in new york city!
