Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy: Deposits are fully refundable, minus a 10% cancellation fee on the pre-tax contracted minimum and administrative fee, for cancellations made more than 3 weeks prior to the event date. If the event is canceled within 3 weeks of the event date, Virgo will retain the deposit paid. If the event is canceled within 14 days of the event date, Virgo will retain the deposit paid in addition to charging the owed balance of the contracted minimum spend, administrative fee, gratuity and tax. Collected payments may not be applied to future events or charges at Virgo or any other venue operated by or affiliated with Full:Life Hospitality Group. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Voicemail messages will not be accepted as a cancellation notice. Virgo may terminate this Agreement and cancel the event without any liability of any nature if the Client fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement, including the delivery of deposits and observation of all rules and regulations.
