The Ten Bells has quietly existed within the hustle and bustle of New York City’s LES since 2008. Our cozy, dimly-lit haunt offers unpretentious atmosphere, perfect for an intimate gathering or a spontaneous after-work drink. We strive to introduce you to the world of natural wines, wines produced from organic or biodynamic grapes with very little intervention from the winemaker. Our wine list brings you an unusual selection from small producers.
Our food, largely tapas style, is carefully crafted by our chef to complement the wines, but not to overshadow them. Whether you decide to stroll in for the best $1 oyster happy hour in NYC and share a carafe of wine with a friend, or make a reservation for a party in one of our private rooms, our friendly staff is here to make you feel at home. Wine is our passion and we are happy to share it with you at The Ten Bells.

The Mural Room holds 13-17 for a seated dinner and up to 22 for a standing cocktail party.
Capacity: 35 people
The Communal Room holds 10-12, 18-25 for a seated dinner and up to 35 for a standing cocktail party. The communal table doesn't move, but with benches pushed underneath, accommodates up to 35 for a standing event.
Capacity: 60 people
The combined Mural and Communal Rooms hold up to 35-60 guests for a cocktail reception. They can also accommodate 42 for a seated dinner.

This place is a fantastic wine bar! 🍷 The Ten Bells serves a large selection of wines and alcoholic drinks 🥃 alongside meat 🍖, cheese 🧀, and sweets! 🧁 Definitely get their Burrata with Honey 🍯 and Figs! They also have a daily happy hour until 7pm 🕖 with $1.5 oysters 🦪 and $20 carafe 🍶 of wine. The place is beautifully decorated 🛋️, has indoor seating and outdoor patio seating 🪑, staff 👨🍳 is super friendly and professional, and service is quick. ⏲️ I wish I came here more often!
